Welcome to Hey Mila Inc. (“Mila,” “we,” “our”). These Terms govern your use of heymila.co and our products/services. By accessing the Site, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old or have parental consent to use or purchase from Mila. If you are under 18, you represent that you have the consent of a parent or guardian to use the Services and make purchases.
2. No Medical Advice
Mila products are not medical devices and do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Always consult a healthcare professional.
3. Accounts
- You may create an account for orders, subscriptions, and promotions.
- You’re responsible for your login credentials and activity.
- We may suspend/terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Purchases & Payments
- Prices in USD; subject to change.
- Taxes and shipping are added at checkout.
- Payments processed by Shopify Payments/Stripe under their terms.
- We may refuse/cancel orders for errors, fraud, or policy violations.
5. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions available for Bloom Mist and Bare Wipes.
- By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime via your account dashboard or by emailing contact@heymila.co at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
- If prices or terms change, we will notify you before renewal and give you the option to cancel.
6. Shipping; Risk of Loss
Title and risk pass to you when the carrier accepts the shipment. Dates are estimates only.
7. Returns & Warranty
- Aura accessory: 1-year limited warranty against defects. Remedy is repair, replacement, or refund. Misuse excluded.
- Bloom Mist & Bare Wipes: no warranty beyond consumer law.
- Returns: hygiene products cannot be returned/exchanged if opened.
- Unopened items may be returned within 14 days, with return shipping costs at the customer’s responsibility (unless defective/incorrect).
- There will be a $10 restocking fee for returns.
- You will be provided with a return label and returns must be shipped using the label and method provided by Mila.
- Mila is not responsible for delays, losses or damages caused by the shipping carrier after an order leaves our facility. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt and inspection.
8. Promotions & Discounts
Promotions, codes, and gift cards are subject to the terms we publish. Not transferable, not combinable, no cash value. Fraud voids.
9. User Content & Reviews
By submitting reviews, comments, or photos, you grant Mila a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use in connection with our Services/marketing. You represent that you own/control the rights to your submissions.
10. SMS/Text Terms
If you opt in: Message and data rates may apply; frequency varies; consent is not a condition of purchase; STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Carriers not liable.
11. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Violate laws or rights.
- Post unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or harassing content.
- Misuse site security, data, or IP.
- Resell or misuse products.
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated access.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, designs, and software belong to Mila or its licensors. No rights granted without written consent.
13. Electronic Communications
By using the Services, you consent to receive electronic communications (emails, SMS, notices). They satisfy any legal requirement for written communications.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mila, its officers, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your misuse, your User Content, or your breach of these Terms.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except as expressly provided, Services/products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted, Mila will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Liability is capped at the greater of $100 or the purchase price. Carve-outs: willful misconduct, gross negligence, bodily injury, or non-waivable consumer rights.
18. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules in the U.S.
You waive class/representative actions.
You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms by emailing contact@heymila.co.
19. DMCA & Copyright
If you believe your copyright is infringed, send a DMCA notice to:

20. Export Compliance
You agree not to export/re-export products or software in violation of U.S. export laws/sanctions.
21. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays/failures caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, war, internet/power outages, government actions).
22. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law principles. Arbitration and any small claims actions must take place in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
23. Severability, Waiver & Entire Agreement
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain effective. Our failure to enforce is not a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Mila.
24. Changes
We may modify Terms from time to time. Continued use after posting means acceptance.
